LiftGrid is built by an İzmir-based team that has spent years developing CRMs and field service software. After building customer management panels, unified inboxes and field tools for startups and small operations, the same focused approach was turned toward the elevator sector — and LiftGrid was founded.
Working closely with elevator service companies, the same picture kept appearing: Excel files, WhatsApp groups, paper job sheets, three tools that don't talk to each other. Generic field service software didn't solve it — it didn't understand periodic inspection, compliance tracking or TR e-Fatura, and localization took months of setup.
LiftGrid was created to close exactly that gap.
