Free trial
LiftGrid offers a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start. The trial ends automatically after 14 days — your account is not charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current period unless required by applicable law.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term. Annual fees are not refunded on a pro-rata basis unless required by applicable law. If you choose to downgrade to a lower plan mid-term, any credit may be applied to future invoices at our discretion.
Suspension and termination by LiftGrid
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment (invoices unpaid after 14 days with notice), or for violation of the Terms of Service. Where termination is due to our fault, a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees will be issued.
Data after cancellation
After subscription ends, your data is retained for 30 days during which you may request an export. After this window, data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We are not liable for any loss of data after the retention period.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund or dispute a charge, contact us via the contact page within 30 days of the billing date. We review each case individually. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
B2B customers — right of withdrawal
LiftGrid is a business-to-business (B2B) service. Statutory consumer cooling-off rights (e.g. EU 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts) generally do not apply to business customers purchasing on behalf of a company. If you believe a consumer protection rule applies to your situation, please contact us.
