How fast do you respond to demo requests?

Sales and demo requests receive a same business-day response. Technical support tickets are answered within 4 hours on business days and within 24 hours on weekends.

Do you offer on-site onboarding?

Yes. On-site implementation is included in the Enterprise plan and available as an add-on for Growth. All plans include a remote onboarding call as standard.

Can we self-host or use a private cloud deployment?

The default is cloud SaaS. Private cloud and on-premises deployments are available on annual Enterprise contracts.
