Office creates and assigns the work order

Manager saves the job in the web dashboard and selects the responsible technician.

Technician receives a push notification

The app opens to full job detail — address, customer info and unit specs ready to go.

Start job · confirm with QR scan

"Start job" updates the status. Optional QR scan locks in the location timestamp.

Fill field form, attach photos

Findings and checklist completed. Photos upload automatically in the background.

Mark complete — office sees it instantly

Work order closes. All data appears in the web panel. PDF can be generated in one click.
